We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. If you are not completely satisfied with our curtain stretching or installation services, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns at no additional charge.
Custom curtains and drapes are made specifically to your measurements and specifications. Due to their personalized nature, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production begins. We ensure accuracy through careful measurement and your approval before fabrication starts.
If you receive curtains or textile products with manufacturing defects or damage, we will repair or replace them promptly. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic documentation. We will arrange for inspection and resolution at our expense.
When our team takes measurements, we guarantee accuracy. If curtains do not fit properly due to our measurement error, we will remake them at no cost to you. This guarantee applies only to measurements taken by our professional staff, not to measurements provided by customers.
Non-custom, ready-made curtain accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original condition with tags attached. A restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
To initiate a return or report a concern, contact us by phone or email with your order details and description of the issue. Include photographs if applicable. We will provide instructions for next steps. Do not return items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The following cannot be returned: custom-made curtains and drapes, cut fabrics, items marked as final sale, services already rendered, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care. Normal wear and tear is not covered under our return policy.
